Matt Vusich

Owner/Operator

Hello,

I am Matt, the owner and operator of Small Project General Contracting. I handle all of my customers’ home repairs and renovations personally and professionally.

I have been involved in repairs and renovations my entire life. I grew up learning from my Dad and my Grandfather what it means to be a ‘Family Handyman’. From an early age I was taught to work hard and take pride not just in the final product, but also in the process to get there.

I was 11 years old when I bought myself my first power tool. That jigsaw was used to build birdhouses, marble runs, and wood puzzles. As I grew up, that same jigsaw was used to install flooring, siding, cabinets, and countertops. My skills and hard work enabled me to purchase, renovate, and flip my first property at the age of 19. I have since successfully  flipped two other properties.

In 2010, my hobby became my full time job when I was asked by an old friend to help him hang doors in a nearly complete basement renovation project. I ended working for his General Contracting business for the next 5 years. During that time, I  was the job site supervisor for numerous projects, including basements, decks, fences, bathrooms, kitchens, additions and more.

I look forward to using my skills and experience to help you complete your home repair or renovation. I treat every project as though it were my own home and continue to take pride in everything I work on.
